    From Pain to peace

Sis you're sleep for now

Rest up for eternity

Close your eyes

Fore

When you wake you shall see

JESUS !!!!!

As you are lifted up

To him

In your new glorified body

Giving emphasis on the already

Proven living word of GOD!

That he lives

That he loves

That he keeps his promises

And returned for you

I WILL!!

Be somewhere

In that crowd

In that number

On that sea of glass

Worshiping and praising

The LAMB of GOD!

We won’t have time worrying about

The ones who won’t be there

For the SON of GOD is here

NOW!!!!!!

We prepared for this day

Turning away from sin

Joined the side that was destined to

Win

Sleep for now sis

When you wake the mystery will be 

Revealed

My heart stings for

The joy we brought to each other’s

Hearts

We laughed

We fought

We talked

We cried

We always ran into each other

In town

By the bus stop

Even in the BAHAMAS!

You were a Fighter

Long and hard

More days better then bad though

Your smile never diminished 

Attitude positive

Even when the devil gives you

Another blow

You stayed true to who we KNOW!

   

All I’ll have is the memory

They will bring

They will be a flash of thoughts to me

for the rest of my days 

Your last few days

Your forehead and cheeks

I kissed when I saw ya

All day or evening I’d stay

My wonderful pastors prayed

Our adopted sister blessed US

With her beautiful voice

The love of YOUR life

And the love of MY life

Joked around like any regular day

I just knew you’d be coming home

Getting better

Living on!

But I know we all have to die

And our FAITH is in JESUS!

 In whom you invited IN!

That HE did

He FILLED you with his SPIRIT

He knows all things

He ceased your pain

Gave you peace     

Now you’re resting

Sleep

For now
